This is me. I'm a person who works with images but can never find one I like of myself.
I am comfortable with that duality. That things can be both acceptable and not acceptable in the same exact moment.
Most people walking through my door can relate to that connundrum: mixed feelings. Mixed feelings are part of life: "bittersweet" "take the good with the bad" "pros and cons" are part of the lexicon.
At times, the "good" can become overshadowed by the "bad". My goal is to be a good partner on the road of life when things get overshadowed.

I work with both adults and children to help heal from the symptoms and stressors associated with past trauma.

Using the creative process during therapy is an excellent method to cut through the language barrier. Word-based communcation is fraught with miscues, misunderstandings and misjudgements.

We do all of our work in a natural quiet private setting that provides the opportunity for human brains to regulate and begin to heal. Activities taking place during therapy sessions are specifically targeted to therapeutic goals which are set during intake sessions and are re-evaluated throughout the process. Often our therapy teams work in tandem with Psychiatrists and other mental health professionals
